It is our pleasure to announce that the 2019 3rd International Conference on Consumer Electronics and Device (ICCED 2019) will be held in Southeast University Liu Yuan Hotel, Nanjing, China during June 13-15, 2019, co-hosted with ICCSS 2019. The conference is organized by International Joint Research Laboratory of Information Display and Visualization, Southeast University, China, Jiangsu Vacuum Society, and Asia Society of Researchers.

1. Deadline for submission: 12 April, 2019.
2. Accepted notification time: 7 May, 2019.
3. The official language of the conference is English. Only English papers are accepted. Contributors must write papers in English.
4. Please edit your article according to the format template of ICCED Conference Papers Collection (template download)
5. Articles should not be less than 4 pages, and those with more than 5 pages will be charged for overpage.

II. Registration instructions
Articles which are accepted will be required to register before the specified date. Each article requires at least one author to register and report. Detailed registration instructions will be attached to the acceptance notice.
Participants without articles, reports or co-authors of their peers can also register as audiences (read more).
III. Publication and Search Notes
Articles included in the conference will be published in the conference paper collection and submitted to the IEEE Xplore and EI core search. The author of the article will be invited to present the research report.
The articles accepted by ICCED 2018 have been published in the form of special chapters in ICCSS 2018 Conference Papers Collection, and have been indexed by IEEE Xplore and retrieved by EI Core.
The ICCED 2017 Conference Papers Collection has been included in the IEEE Xplore and retrieved by EI Compendex and Scopus.
After the meeting, some excellent and hired articles will be recommended for publication by the IEEE Transaction on Electron Devices (ISSN: 0018-9383, Impact Factor: 2.62) or other influential journals after their content has been expanded by at least 40% and approved.
