主持一项国家自然科学基金项目,两项江苏省自然科学基金面上项目并入选东南大学优秀青年教师资助计划,先后参加了多项国家"863"项目"、国家自然科学基金项目和横向项目的研究工作。近年来以第一作者身份在国内外核心期刊上发表论文30 余篇,其中SCI收录10余篇,EI收录10余篇,并授权了多项发明专利。在教学上承担了本科生的专业基础课《计算机结构与逻辑设计》和专业研讨课《计算电子物理》的教学任务,08-09、15-16学年两次荣获东南大学青年教师授课竞赛二等奖。 国际信息显示学会会员,IEEE会员。
