主要研究领域与成就:

主要研究领域包括微纳功能材料的研制及其在新能源、传感器、电子器件等方面的应用;电源管理系统;微弱电压信号的测量与采集。基于新型的纳米材料的可控制备及特性研究,提出了具有创新意义的新能源器件与结构,研发了新能源电池的电源管理系统;基于石墨烯的导电/复合材料、多功能薄膜的可控生长及其光学、力学、物理等方面的众多研究及模拟工作;研发了可用于野外作业的微弱电压信号的长期定时测量系统及远程的无线数据采集系统,并已投入使用。

先后主持、参与国家自然科学基金、国家高技术发展(863)计划、教育部留学回国人员科研启动基金、江苏省自然科学基金等多项国家、部及省级项目;与中国工程物理研究院、中国科学研究院等单位合作开发研究课题。

在国外核心刊物上Applied Physics Letters, Materials Science and Engineering: R: Reports, Biosensors and Bioelectronics, Bioresource Technology, Journal of Industrial Microbiology and Biotechnology, IEEE electron device letters 发表了50多篇SCI收录文章,引用达600多次。著有英文专著Biosensors第一章节(Inteh Publication

承担电子科学与工程学院主干课程《电磁场理论》及专业选修课《传感器及检测技术》(双语教学)。
